I summon you all here to this lovely late Friday morning, for today isn’t a normal Friday, but instead a Friday that only occurs once every four years, some would say its an inevitable Friday, others may not.

you must wonder ?

What makes this friday better than any other fridays.

For my dear friends, this is the first friday in which England, our beloved England have failed to make the finals of the world cup.

Not because of any controversies.

Not because of any problems

Not because of any rigging match outcome

But instead because of failure to hold onto a lead at the 85th minute due to a lack of confidence

For thank god its friday, and thank god for Tuchel, my germany spy manager.

What can we take away from this Friday? for that its confidence is what builds a man, not the attributes on paper.

Its for the confidence you feel when you walk out, when you talk, when you smile.

For us Whanau we are confident, we would not have choked, we know what we must do and we show up.

as my good friend Zohan Mamdani would say

But theres one thing the pundits dont get about this team, that they just dont get about this city.
